EMEA Senior Legal Counsel - Product & Distribution

Invesco Ltd. is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support product and distribution initiatives across EMEA from London or Henley-on-Thames. You will partner with Legal, Product, Distribution and Regulatory teams to advise on complex mandates and partnerships.

The role requires post-qualification asset management experience, MiFID expertise, and strong negotiation skills. English is essential; German or Italian is a plus. Hybrid work options are available.
