EMEA Payroll & Benefits Manager

PGIM Ireland, part of Prudential's PGIM, seeks a Manager, Payroll and Benefits at Letterkenny with hybrid work. This role focuses on managing and improving EMEA payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless employee experience across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in EMEA payroll, strong Ireland payroll knowledge, and proficiency with payroll systems like Workday or ADP. A finance/HR degree and excellent Excel skills are preferred.
