EMEA Offboarding & Litigation Counsel (Remote)

Neara is seeking an EMEA Counsel to own offboarding, pre-litigation, and litigation across EMEA, serving as the internal expert on regional employment law and dispute resolution.

The role involves handling agency proceedings, tribunals, and works council matters, while partnering with Product, HR, and external counsel to strengthen offboarding frameworks and scale compliance across a fast-paced global environment.
