EMEA Legal Recruiting & Development Lead

Ryder Reid is seeking an experienced Manager, Legal Recruiting & Professional Development to join its EMEA HR team on a 4-month fixed-term contract. This role will own graduate recruitment, attorney development initiatives, and strategic talent projects across multiple European offices.

You will lead graduate recruitment from attraction to onboarding, mentor junior recruiters, and partner with senior leaders on development initiatives and staffing planning.
