SeniorHRGeneralist(EMEA)-WhatYou'llbeDoing:
- CollaboratewiththeHRManager,HRBP's,EMEAHRManagersandLegaltoreview,refine,andsupportthesuccessfuldeliveryofglobalchangemanagementinitiatives
- Leadandsupportcomplexchangemanagementandorganisationaltransformationinitiativesacrossmultiplejurisdictions.
- PartnerwithHR,Legal,EmployeeRelations,andglobalstakeholderstoensurecompliance,policyalignment,andsuccessfulpeopleinitiatives.
- ManageanddeliverregionalandglobalHRprojectsinahighlymatrixedinternationalenvironment.
- Provideguidanceonemployeerelationsmatters,escalatingcomplexcaseswhereappropriate.
- Supportperformancemanagementprocesses,includingcalibrationactivities,reporting,insights,andstakeholderguidance.
- Assistwithtalentmapping,successionplanning,leadershipdevelopment,andworkforceplanninginitiatives.
- PartnerwithTotalRewardsteamsoncompensationbenchmarking,jobarchitecture,andinternalmobilityactivities.
- EnsuredataintegritywithinHRsystems,includingWorkday,andleveragedatainsightstodrivecontinuousimprovement.
- Promotebestpractice,standardisation,andoperationalexcellenceacrossHRprocesses.
- BuildeffectiverelationshipswithstakeholdersacrossEMEA,theUS,andglobalteams,supportingongoingcentralisationandglobalisationinitiatives.

- StrongEmployeeRelations,employmentlaw,andHRpolicyexpertiseacrossEMEA.
- Proventrackrecordofdeliveringlarge-scalechangemanagementandtransformationprojects.
- Acollaborative,solutions-focusedmindsetwithstrongcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills.
- Comfortableworkinginfast-paced,evolving,andambiguousenvironments.
- Strongjudgement,discretion,andproblem-solvingcapabilitieswhenhandlingcomplexpeoplematters.
