EMEA HR Operations Specialist (Remote/Hybrid)

Cpl HR Recruitment seeks an experienced HR Operations professional to join a global People team supporting employees across the EMEA region. You will be a key escalation point for HR queries and collaborate with HRBPs and COEs to deliver an excellent employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

This 11-month role offers the option to work fully remote in the Republic of Ireland or hybrid, providing flexibility while ensuring strong partnership with HR teams across EMEA.
