Job Description

Cpl Healthcare seeks an experienced HR Operations professional to join a global People team supporting employees across the EMEA region. You will handle HR cases, onboarding, movements, and policy guidance, acting as a key escalation point for HR queries.

The role is 11 months with the option to work fully remote in the Republic of Ireland or hybrid. Strong knowledge of Workday/ServiceNow is advantageous and multi national experience is valued.
