EMEA HR Operations & Payroll Specialist

TMEIC Europe is seeking an HR professional to manage employee lifecycle across Europe, including payroll, HR operations, compensation, GDPR compliance and training. The role supports the HR Manager EMEA to deliver the company's objectives.

You will administer payroll, maintain policies, support HRIS, and assist in performance reviews. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 3 years in HR with strong knowledge of European labour laws and GDPR.
