EMEA Employment Legal Director - Remote & Growth

Workday, Inc. is seeking an experienced EMEA Employment Counsel to partner with Legal, Compliance & Corporate Affairs, People & Purpose, and other business functions.

You will guide business decisions with prudent risk analysis and support Workday's growth through responsible AI and compliant employment practices. You will advise on employment obligations across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, draft and review agreements and policies, and support investigations and dispute resolution.
