EMEA Employee Relations Lead - Investigations & Advisory

Amgen is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to support HR investigations and provide expert guidance to managers and employees across EMEA. The role focuses on timely, impartial investigations into policy breaches and on advising leaders on performance, discipline, and conflict resolution.
