Job Description

In this pivotal role as a Regional Consulting Sales Leader, you will spearhead transformative initiatives, shaping customer value on a broad scale through the orchestration of high-impact, complex deals. You will address major business imperatives and elevate your leadership by leveraging innovative solutions to drive region-wide digital transformation. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Steering regional and area strategies by partnering with area leaders and their cross-functional sales organizations, forging robust alliances, and ensuring a unified approach that aligns with corporate vision while adapting to the distinct needs of diverse markets within EMEA.
  2. Cultivating influential stakeholder relationships with senior SPT and Area MCAPS Sales teams, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor who brings together resources and perspectives across boundaries.
  3. Bringing strategic technology and industry insights into regional customer engagements, setting a benchmark for excellence in executive relationship management, and mentoring senior teams on consultative selling to establish trust at the C-suite level.
  4. Guiding Microsoft's strategic direction across the region with foresight, leading virtual, cross-organizational coalitions on mission-critical initiatives and solution deployments that drive digital transformation and deliver measurable business value at scale. Harness regional assets and consulting expertise to accelerate customer innovation and transformation.
  5. Overseeing regional sales planning, orchestration, and deal closure by employing Microsoft's MCEM methodology, and designing bespoke consulting solutions that optimize Microsoft's investments and maximize customer AI Transformation outcomes.
  6. Providing executive-level deal coaching and strategic direction, championing a culture of shared learning and cross-market insights within the solution area, amplifying value for both customers and Microsoft teams throughout the region.
  7. Fostering collaboration with extended account and delivery teams, cultivating and expanding relationships across the broader Microsoft ecosystem to drive customer engagement and position AI at the heart of the regional transformation agenda.
  8. Committing to continuous growth by advancing your expertise in sales leadership and transformative solutions, supporting the professional development of teams across the region, and nurturing an environment of learning and innovation.

Qualifications (Text Only)
  • Significant years industry sales experience in the commercial or public sector (e.g., Finance, Local Government) OR Bachelor's Degree AND significant years industry sales experience in the commercial or public sector (e.g., Finance, Local Government) or related work OR equivalent experience.
  • Relevant years Services / Consulting and Sales Management experience.
  • Experience leading and managing teams.
