Job Description

The Business Development Representative (BDR) - EMEA plays a key role in identifying and developing new sales opportunities for F5's application delivery and security solutions across EMEA. The BDR works closely with marketing and sales teams to generate qualified leads, set meetings with technical leaders, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop inbound leads in partnership with marketing to uncover new selling opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to design and implement prospect communication plans.
  • Use prospecting tools and outbound techniques to identify qualified leads and build daily opportunities.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings with technical leaders across the EMEA market to achieve monthly targets.
  • Serve as an evangelist for F5 products, educating prospects on F5 solutions and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Collaborate internally with other departments to refine the sales development process.
Qualifications & Attributes
  • Previous business development experience or a college degree (not required).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required; additional languages beneficial.
  • Sales experience in a technology or related company is a strong plus.
  • Strong work ethic, confidence in working autonomously, and high motivation.
  • Goal-oriented, team-player, and positive outlook.
  • Desire to learn new skills and grow within the organization.

Employment Details

Hybrid work structure: Employees within 30 miles of an F5 office are required to work from the office a minimum of 30 business days per quarter. Remote: Primarily work from a designated home location.
