Job Title: System Industrialization Engineer
Total Experience Required: 8+ years in Information Technology/Computers/Software
Relevant Experience Required: 4+ years in engineering documentation (diagnostic, installation, and factory manuals), developing schematics and BoM documentation
Work Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands
- Must be currently based in the Netherlands, or
- Willing to relocate to the Netherlands from anywhere within Europe or the UK
- Relocation support is available for selected candidates relocating from within Europe or the UK
- Candidates outside Europe/UK unfortunately cannot be considered
Job Type: Contract
Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months, extendable up to 18 months based on project needs
Visa/Work Authorization Status:
- Candidates must hold a valid work permit or visa to work in the Netherlands
- If you currently possess a valid work visa for Europe or the UK, we can support the process of securing work authorization for the Netherlands
Workplace Type: Hybrid (at least 2 times a week at office)

We are hiring an experienced System Industrialization Engineer for a 6-month contract based in Eindhoven, Netherlands. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge engineering systems and contribute to new product introduction (NPI) processes in a high-tech environment.
The ideal candidate brings 8-10 years of hands-on experience in system-level documentation, embedded systems, and mechatronics, with a solid background in diagnostics, installation procedures, and NPI lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop diagnostic, factory, and installation manuals for complex engineering products
- Create schematics, BoMs, and system-level design documentation
- Support the NPI process from development to field commissioning
- Contribute to embedded software and real-time system development
- Collaborate across engineering teams to standardize system industrialization processes
Top 5 Essential Skills
- Degree in Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, or similar
- Proven experience with engineering documentation (diagnostic, installation, and factory manuals)
- Strong background in developing schematics and BoM documentation
- Deep understanding of NPI processes and lifecycle
- Hands-on experience in embedded software and real-time application development

- Experience in value engineering and cost optimization for embedded systems
