The Role:
Jules Verne is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to take ownership of all aspects of our email marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to engage our customers and prospects effectively. This role requires expertise in email automation, targeted communications, content creation, and performance analysis. Experience in either Dotdigital or Red Circle email marketing platforms is essential.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and executing comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Planning, creating, and implementingtargeted email campaigns for different customer segments.
- Craftingengaging and persuasive content for emails, ensuring brand consistency and strong call-to-action messaging.
- Managing and optimisingautomated customer journeys, ensuring timely and relevant touchpoints.
- ConductingA/B testing and analyse key performance metrics to improve email engagement and conversions.
- Monitoring and maintainingemail deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with industry best practices and GDPR regulations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product marketing, to ensure email content aligns with broader marketing efforts.
- Reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

About You:
- Proven experience in email marketing, preferably within the travel, retail, or e-commerce industries.
- Proficiency in Dotdigital or Red Circle email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of email segmentation, automation, and personalization techniques.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyse data and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Knowledge of email marketing regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- High productivity with the ability to self-motivate remotely
