Email Marketing

We are a natural skincare and beauty brand, and we're in need of a professional Email Marketing Strategist who is a genius at elevating trends and patterns for our online presence. We're looking for a talented Strategist who can help us create emails set for the month. The ideal candidate will have strong illustration abilities, experience in digital media, and a keen eye for interesting marketing strategies. You'll bring your creative ingenuity which will be used to utilize email automation tools and perform templates to optimize email campaigns. Your skills will foster community engagement and showcase the powerful stories of our brand. In exchange, we'd be happy to offer our skincare products for free and pay for a day rate on a freelance basis. Skills and Experience Required

We are looking for someone driven and motivated that can prove their skills in driving customers in. Previous experience and track record in sales and email marketing is a definite bonus but someone with less industry experience with fresh ideas and a clear plan as well as passion for creation will be equally considered for this role. What matters to us is your desire to bring our brand up from a starting point and develop it into a thriving business.

What We Are Looking For:

• Someone who can develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme).
• Proficient in email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), HTML, and graphic design tools.
• Analyse email campaign performance, track key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), and generate reports.
• Stay updated with the industry trends and the best practices in email marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
