EL/PL Paralegal - (Employers' Liability / Public Liability)

We are currently recruiting for an EL/PL Paralegal to join our Personal Injury team based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop hands on experience in a fast paced legal environment, working alongside experienced solicitors and legal professionals.

In this role, you will manage your own caseload of lower value pre and post litigated employers' liability and public liability claims, ensuring files progress efficiently and in line with internal processes. Alongside this, you will also provide support to senior fee earners where required.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing liability documents and medical reports, liaising with clients and third parties, drafting witness statements, arranging medical appointments, and preparing cases for issue or trial. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about personal injury law, thrives on achieving strong results for clients, and is looking to build a long term career within a supportive and progressive firm.

About You:

• Experience handling or assisting on EL/PL files is preferred.
• Must be proficient in Proclaim.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently.
• Previous litigation experience is desirable but not essential.
