EL/PL Litigation Claims Handler - Hybrid (Bristol)

Davies Group is recruiting a Litigated EL/PL Claims Handler in Bristol to manage a portfolio of litigated Employer's and Public Liability claims for a major insurer client. You will own claims from instruction through to resolution, making key decisions and driving litigation strategy with support from a Technical Support Lawyer.

The role offers autonomy and a varied caseload, including Infant Approval Hearings.
