MissionWe are exclusively retaining top-tier nursing talent for an extraordinary opportunity to provide highly personalized 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP. This role seamlessly blends acute clinical excellence with unparalleled luxury. As part of the principal's dedicated medical retinue, you will reside aboard a state-of-the-art superyacht, cruising exclusively throughout the most prestigious Mediterranean waters. Your itinerary will feature iconic, sun-drenched destinations including the Greek Islands, Monaco, and Ibiza.
TeamYou will be an integral part of a world-class, multidisciplinary medical concierge team designed to deliver uncompromising care. You will work under the direct supervision of a Lead British Doctor, collaborating daily with dedicated Physiotherapists and a highly specialized, entirely Western-trained nursing team.
SafetyWe recognize that elite care requires a fully supported medical staff. To ensure both maximum patient safety and clinician well-being, all maritime rotations operate on a strict double-nurse shift system, guaranteeing continuous professional support and preventing burnout.
Requirements- Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) from a recognized and accredited institution.
- 4+ years of Acute Care experience (Strictly ICU, ER, or A&E backgrounds).
- Native or C1 English proficiency for flawless, nuanced clinical communication.
- £60,000 per annum (Strictly Tax-Free)
- 30 days of annual leave
- Premium en-suite quarters aboard the vessel.
- Fully provisioned: All living expenses, flights, uniforms, and premium onboard dining are entirely covered.
