Teach online with Cosmo! Join Cosmo, the premiere online learning platform that connects K-12 students with teachers from the top US Universities and Colleges for personalized lessons. As a teacher for Cosmo, you will have a flexible and consistent schedule that you set. We teach math, ELA, and SAT classes and have Cosmo provided learning plans for our teachers to use. Cosmo's students are based in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and across Asia.

What you'll be doing as a teacher at Cosmo:

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for your students
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting
• Utilize Cosmo's curriculum, learning plans and materials
• Submit written Class Feedback within 24 hours after each lesson
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional and timely manner
• Communicate with Cosmo staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in education
• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 and expert knowledge of K-12 ELA and math standards
• Availability: North America-based teachers on weekdays 6-9 AM or 3-10 PM EST or during the weekends; APAC-based teachers on weekdays 5-9 PM HKT or weekends 1-7 PM HKT
• 15 hours of availability on a weekly basis
• Able to commit to a year of teaching with Cosmo
• Teach on Windows or Mac PC (Minimum CPU of 6000; Chromebook not supported)
• Access to stable internet connection, private and quiet teaching location
• Expert knowledge of online teaching strategies and tools
• Passion for helping students learn
• Teaching license preferred but not required
