Electronics Production Manager (12-Month FTC)

Redline Group is seeking a Production Manager for Bedford on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You will oversee day-to-day production, manage schedules and capacity, and lead a team to meet delivery targets while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires strong experience in electronics/electro-mechanical manufacturing, ability to work under pressure, and effective cross-functional collaboration with engineering, supply chain and sales.
