Your role

  • Manage and oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations (HV/LV) ; Low voltage (telephony, Fire safety system, Centralized technical management , access control, and others)
  • Monitor, adjust, and fine-tune equipment and intervene, when necessary, on installations under their responsibility (first-level maintenance)
  • Provide expertise and technical assistance for interventions of varying complexity, as well as for projects or work tasks
  • Anticipate risks of breakdowns and malfunctions
  • Analyze failures and propose appropriate technical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations (quality, safety, environment)
  • Supervise regulatory inspections conducted by service providers contracted by the University
  • Participate in restoring accommodations in the relevant field ; and others technical systems
  • Stay updated on innovations in the relevant field
  • Provide regular reporting and maintain effective communication with various stakeholders
  • Participate in on-call duties

Your profile

  • Holder of a BTS/DUT in the field of electricity or a BAC PRO/DT in the field of electricity, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Compulsory B permit
  • Knowledge of the principles of operation and regulation of technical systems for heating, air conditioning, sanitary and ventilation
  • Good general knowledge of "all state bodies" in the field of building operations is an asset
  • Have a good fluency in reading plans, diagrams and technical instructions;
  • Concepts in rental management and leases is an asset
  • A BT-H/V (A) electrical qualification in the course of validity also constituting an asset
  • Mastering the use of electrical measuring devices
  • Know the rules and standards of electrical safety in Luxembourg
  • Know the safety rules of work under tension
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in French (minimum C1). Good knowledge of English, Luxembourgish and German will be an asset

  • Rigor and proficient in reporting
  • Ability to be in daily contact with the public while respecting the rules of private areas
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Punctuality, discretion
