The RoleYou will carry out responsive repairs, testing, maintenance, inspections, and planned electrical works across our housing portfolio.
You'll work across a variety of residential properties, ensuring our customers receive safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical services while helping us create homes and communities people are proud to live in.
Responsibilities- Carrying out electrical repairs and fault finding
- Performing testing and inspection works
- Undertaking planned maintenance and improvement projects
- Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
- Participating in the Out of Hours Call-Out Rota (approximately 1 week in every 12)
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification
Ability to participate in the Out of Hours Call-Out Rota
18th Edition IET Regulations BS7671
Current full UK Driving Licence
