Electrician

We are partnering with agreen energy clientin Mayo to recruit an Electrician to join their team on a permanent contract.
Working as part of the client's installation team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality Solar PV installations while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities:

• Installing Solar PV systems on domestic, commercial and agricultural properties

• Carrying out commissioning checks and system testing

• Recording installation and commissioning documentation accurately

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting system faults where required

• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety procedures, PPE requirements and company standards

• Liaising professionally with customers throughout the installation process

• Demonstrating completed systems and providing customer handovers

• Supporting efficient site management and achieving installation KPIs

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, productivity and professionalism

• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A qualified electrician with excellent technical knowledge

• Safe Electric Registered

• SEAI Solar PV Registered

• Previous Solar PV installation, commissioning or maintenance experience

• Professional, reliable and customer-focused

• Comfortable working outdoors and at different customer locations

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills

• Able to manage workloads efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

• Keen to develop new skills within the renewable energy industry

Desirable Qualifications:

• Safe Electric Registered

• SEAI Solar PV Registered

• Previous Solar PV installation, commissioning or maintenance experience
