Electrician

Take on a contract role with consistent void-property rewire work and an immediate start as an Electrician, carrying out full domestic rewires across social housing properties in the Burton area.

You'll be working as part of a small team across empty properties, completing both first-fix and second-fix installations. The initial requirement is for two tradespeople, with the potential for the team to increase to three as the programme progresses.

As an Electrician, you will be:

• Completing full rewires within void social housing properties
• Carrying out first-fix and second-fix electrical installations
• Working alongside other tradespeople to complete properties efficiently
• Ensuring installations meet current electrical regulations and required standards
• Working safely and maintaining a high standard of workmanship
• Travelling independently to properties across the Burton area

I'd love to speak to an Electrician who has:

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• City & Guilds 2391 or relevant equivalent
• Strong experience completing full domestic rewires
• Experience with first-fix and second-fix installations
• Previous social housing or void-property experience
• Own reliable transport
• Availability to start at short notice
• ECS/JIB Gold Card would be beneficial, subject to final client requirements

Location & travel
