Static Electrician

Location: Crystal Palace

Contract Duration: 3 weeks initially

Hourly Rate: £15.38 - £17.39

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

We are urgently seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician to provide a highly professional, customer-focused service for our client based in South West London.

The primary focus of the PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) work will include, but not be limited to:

• Emergency lighting tests
• Tap temperature checks
• Distribution board inspections
• FCU maintenance
• Air handling units
• Subcontractor management
• Moving materials/deliveries as required

There will also be reactive jobs related to the above tasks, as well as additional duties.

Physical fault finding will be required as needed.

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations: Level 1, 2, 3
• Experienced fault-finding skills in mains power distribution circuits, control boards, lighting circuits, etc.
• Experience in a leisure/public venue environment (desirable)
• A strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations
• Knowledge of the Permit to Work system; experience in issuing PTWs is beneficial
