Job Description

Wates Smartspace is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our Reactive Maintenance - Social Housing Contract team in Milton Keynes. Based out of Walton-on-Thames office, you'll work across surrounding areas delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services in void properties.

The role requires NVQ Level 3, 2391 or equivalent inspection and testing, 18th Edition, and a full UK driving licence, with a DBS check at offer stage.
