Electrical Supervisor - Night Shift

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor for a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Hertfordshire area. This role is to support during the critical shutdown phase and offers the chance to work on 12-hour night shifts. As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems during the night shift.

Please note this is a contract position from 23rd June to 15th August, and you must be available during this period. Candidates demonstrating exceptional performance may have opportunities for longer-term employment. During the shutdown, you will work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Overseeing the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment during night shifts.
2. Leading and mentoring a team of electricians, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
3. Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
4. Collaborating with other departments to address and resolve electrical issues promptly.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To succeed in this role as the Electrical Supervisor, you should have:

• A relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance and supervision within the industry.
• Practical knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting skills, and team leadership experience.
