Job Title: Electrical Area Manager - Compliance South
Location: Dartford, Kent
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per year

Overview

As Electrical Area Manager, you will oversee electrical compliance contracts-including EICRs & remedials, PAT testing, and reactive repairs-ensuring quality delivery, managing client relationships, and identifying up sell opportunities. You'll also handle quoting, valuations, invoicing, contract meetings, and recruitment of electrical engineers.

Responsibilities

Manage electrical compliance contracts (EICRs, remedials, PAT testing, reactive repairs) to meet service levels and quality standards. Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for service expansion. Lead quoting, valuations, invoicing, and contract meetings. Recruit and oversee electrical engineers and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery.

Requirements for the Role

• Proven Area Manager experience, ideally in social housing or construction
• Strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel)
• Highly organised, flexible, and customer-focused
• Professional manner with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
