We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Electrician or current Electrical Technician to join a dynamic team of educators and inspire the next generation of Electricians.

Role Responsibilities- Practical Instruction & Assessment: Demonstrate technical skills, assess student practical competence, deliver feedback, and complete required assessment paperwork to ensure qualification standards are met.
- Curriculum Delivery: Utilize prepared Schemes of Work to deliver structured practical sessions and support student knowledge and behavioral development.
- Workshop & Resource Management: Prepare materials, set up physical equipment, maintain workshop tools, and coordinate ordering supplies for practical activities.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain workshop environments to current security standards and enforce student adherence to departmental health and safety guidelines.
- Departmental Support: Attend team meetings, college open events, and complete mandatory internal training (e.g., Teaching Essentials).
- A Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Electrical.
- Extensive industry experience in the Electrical industry.
