EHS Systems Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced EHS professional to support the migration from Mirashare to Cority and play a key role in the implementation of a new EHS management system. This position combines Health & Safety expertise with system configuration, user training, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the migration from Mirashare to Cority.
• Configure Cority modules, workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Support the rollout of Incident Management, Risk Assessments, Hazard Identification, CAPA, Audit Management, Training Management, and Contractor Safety modules.
• Develop training materials and deliver user training across the business.
• Support incident investigations, near misses, RCA, and CAPA activities.
• Standardise EHS processes, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years' EHS, Health & Safety, Occupational Health/Hygiene, Manufacturing, Construction, Industrial, Engineering, or Pharmaceutical experience.
• Experience using EHS, Safety Management, Incident Management, or Compliance software systems.
• Strong knowledge of Risk Assessments, Incident Investigations, Near Miss Reporting, RCA, and CAPA.
• Experience developing procedures, workflows, work instructions, or training materials.
• Previous system implementation or migration experience would be advantageous.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent EHS qualification.
