Health & Safety Advisor - Sligo

We are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading construction company operating across the Sligo Region. This is a key role focused on driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and reducing risk across multiple live sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce H&S policies across all sites
• Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Deliver toolbox talks and H&S training
• Support RAMS, site safety plans, and compliance documentation
• Liaise with site teams, management, and external bodies

Requirements:

• Level 7 Health & Safety qualification (preferable)
• 2-5 years' construction H&S experience
• Strong knowledge of construction safety legislation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel
