A specialist SEN school in Maidenhead is seeking a caring and proactive EHCP Assistant to join their team ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to build experience before pursuing a career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Teaching, or Therapy.
As an EHCP Assistant, you will:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support.
- Supporting students with their individual EHCP targets.
- Assisting with learning, communication, and emotional regulation.
- Monitoring progress, engagement, and wellbeing.
- Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals.
- Building positive relationships with students.
The Ideal EHCP Assistant:
- Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic.
- Passionate about supporting young people with SEN.
- A confident communicator and strong team player.
- Interested in pursuing a career in psychology, education, or therapy.
- Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
