- Provide high quality administrative support for EHCP processes, including annual reviews and associated documentation.
- Maintain and update learner data systems (MIS, spreadsheets, Promonitor) and ensure accurate recording and submission of documentation.
- Check and compare EHCP amendment notices and upload targets to internal systems.
- Coordinate review processes, including sending reminders, monitoring responses, and arranging review meetings where required.
- Liaise with parents/carers, Local Authorities, schools and internal teams to gather and share key learner information.
- Manage enquiries and administrative workflows, including email triage, document filing and ensuring compliance with GDPR.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Strong administrative experience, ideally within education, SEND or FE settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems (e.g. Excel, Word, MIS/databases).
- Excellent organisational skills, time management and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
