Education Support Specialist for Adoption (Hybrid)

Adoption Tees Valley is seeking an Education Support Worker to help adopted children achieve optimal educational outcomes. You will work with families, schools and social care to provide guidance, support and challenge where needed.

This role focuses on trauma-informed education, safeguarding, and advocacy to ensure stability and progress for vulnerable children in a hybrid in-office/remote setting.
