Education Support Practitioner Flexible, Multi-Agency Impact

Halton Borough Council is recruiting an Education Support Practitioner (ESP) for a two-year fixed-term contract to support vulnerable children and young people across Halton. The ESP will work across schools, Family Help, Children's Social Care and partner agencies to shape assessments and planning, ensuring timely access to the right support.
