Education Hard FM Biz Dev Lead

Ser- in Greater London is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to win Hard FM maintenance contracts within the Education sector. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with Estates Directors, Facilities Managers, and Local Authorities, and lead tender submissions from prospecting to contract award.

The role requires a proven track record in Hard FM sales, a strong network in the Education sector, and excellent negotiation skills.
