We prioritize useful, readable content, backed by a dedicated team that designs every project seriously and responsibly, aiming to meet the needs of those concerned about understanding, taking action, and caring for themselves.In the context of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for an editorial project manager capable of upholding editorial quality and overseeing production on a daily basis, in close collaboration with authors, experts, and the editorial project team.Job details: - Fixed-term contract of 7 months, starting in March (possibility of a permanent contract afterwards) - 100%, based in Lausanne, remote work on Tuesday & FridayKey role: editorial quality + production trackingMain missions: - Manage projects from A to Z: from commissioning to printed version, ensuring coherence, reliability, and enjoyment in writing- Write and edit articles (structure, clarity, rhythm, titles, leads) with a high level of editorial and scientific rigor- Ensure the editorial coherence of each project entrusted to you- Coordinate authors, experts, freelancers, and internal team members (briefings, reminders, feedback)- Manage planning and budget: monitoring (graphics/layout), compliance with deadlines and budget- Participate in writing various texts: briefs, newsletters, web messages, ebooks, special reports- Distribution (in collaboration with the marketing team): crafting hooks/titles, disseminating content across channels, continuously monitoring performance without compromising editorial integrity- Be proactive in suggesting topics, angles, and content to developDesired profile:- 2+ years in writing/editing/editorial/publishing/journalism- Excellent command of written French (C2 level or equivalent, impeccable spelling)- Ability to structure, clarify, verify, and maintain rigorous tracking (deadlines/quality)- Comfortable in a digital environment (Google Workspace/Notion/Slack )- Attention to detail, responsiveness, autonomy, reliability, team spiritWhat will make the difference:- You enjoy improving a text (not just correcting it).- You are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and maintaining a high editorial standard under tight deadlines.Interview process: - Video call - Writing test (at home)- Meeting in Lausanne Please send your CV + 2-3 examples (links or PDFs) + a few lines about your interest and availability. jid9184a99aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
