What you'll be doing
  • Support the development of the Adecco Group's written content by contributing to well researched, high quality written pieces that address the future of work from a human centric perspective.
  • Research and analyze global trends - including AI, labor market shifts, skills evolution, and sustainability and synthesize findings into clear, structured reports, briefing papers and articles.
  • Draft and edit thought leadership assets such as reports, white papers, articles, executive summaries, and point of view documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy and consistency of tone.
  • Work closely with VP thought leadership , subject matter experts and communications teams to help translate insights into compelling narratives that inform and provoke thinking.
  • Ensure all content meets high editorial standards and contributes to building trust, demonstrating expertise and strengthening the Adecco Group's brand reputation.
  • Shape strong external storytelling with global experts, integrating use cases, data-backed insights and strategic narratives aligned to the Adecco Group's messaging framework.
  • Support the preparation of content that can be activated across external channels (media, digital platforms, events) with a strong focus on quality and credibility before lead generation outcomes.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the Group's thought leadership content library, including fact checking, source management and version control.
  • Develop messaging frameworks and background briefs with proof points and use cases, to prepare executives for speaking engagements and strategic communications opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end communications workflows in project management tools, maintaining accurate timelines, dependencies and content pipelines in collaboration with other functions and teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of content formats, storytelling approaches, and writing quality, staying informed on emerging trends in thought leadership and insight publishing.

  • Detail oriented: You have a strong eye for accuracy, consistency and quality, particularly in report based content.
  • Collaborative: You work well with others, are a real team player and comfortable challenging ideas with others and enjoy contributing as part of a global team.
  • Eager to learn: You are motivated to grow your skills in thought leadership, communications and insight development.
Experience & Qualifications
  • University degree in Communication, Journalism, Politics, PR, Marketing or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in communications roles in writing, research, communications, consulting, journalism or content development.
  • Demonstrated experience producing high quality written outputs such as reports, research papers, white papers, or analytical articles.
  • Languages: Native or equivalent level in spoken and written English (mandatory). Other languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
  • Comfortable using AI enabled tools and interested in applying new technology to improve content creation and communication outcomes.
  • Graphical skills with creative suite such as Adobe Suite or Canva are a plus.
