The Role:
Teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on experience and preference
Planning and delivering engaging lessons
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly

Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Working as part of a supportive school team

The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS or is completing their ECT programme
Passionate about primary education
Confident or developing confidence in classroom management
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Enthusiastic, reliable and committed
Open to both long-term and flexible opportunities
