Ecommerce Specialist

We're looking for an E-Commerce B2B Operations Specialist to configure, run, and continuously optimize a B2B e-commerce ecosystem in an Automotive Tech environment.

Work setup: Hybrid - Porto (3 days/week on-site)

Responsibilities:

• Configure, operate, and optimize B2B E-Commerce platforms supporting ordering, availability, delivery, and invoicing processes
• Manage digital communication and data exchange with suppliers, distributors, and business partners
• Support onboarding and integration of new partners into E-Commerce platforms and communication flows
• Analyze and troubleshoot EDI/B2B message exchanges (e.g., ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC) and ensure end-to-end data accuracy
• Maintain and improve product, order, catalog, and partner master data within the E-Commerce ecosystem
• Act as a subject matter expert for E-Commerce workflows, guiding stakeholders on digital ordering, logistics, and invoicing processes
• Produce project documentation, user specifications, and process descriptions to support changes and improvements
• Collaborate with IT, sales, supply chain, and customer service to ensure operational continuity and minimal downtime

Must-have requirements:

• 2+ years in E-Commerce operations, B2B integrations, SAP order management, or similar digital processes
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP; SD/MM or integration-related)
• Experience troubleshooting and validating EDI/B2B structured message exchanges (e.g., ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC)
• Understanding of order-to-cash and logistics/supply chain processes in digital environments
• Analytical skills for diagnosing integration issues and process inconsistencies
• Documentation skills (process descriptions, specifications) and project coordination capabilities
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
