Job Description

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an experienced E-commerce Processes Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives within a global FMCG Client of ours.

Requirements for E-commerce Processes Manager role:

  • Extensive experience in E-commerce process management and transformation programs.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, with Customer Cockpit/Self Service Tool Experience
  • Strong cross-functional business knowledge.
  • Proven ability to design end-to-end processes beyond platform boundaries.
  • Experience managing functional teams and coordinating with various teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on operational excellence and long-term scalability.
  • Fluent in English & French; excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills.

Details for E-commerce Processes Manager Role:

  • Start Date: 1st of October
  • Duration: 4months +
  • Location: Remote with travel to Montpelier, once per month for a few days (expenses covered by client)
  • Contract Type: Freelance/Independent Contractor
  • Rate: Open, please share your expectations
