*EasyVista ITSM Administrator/Developer - 3months + - Hybrid - Deux-Sèvres*

RED now has a new contract opportunity for an EasyVista ITSM Administrator/Developer to join one of our key partners on an ITSM improvement and platform enhancement project. The initial contract is for 3 months, with a total project scope of up to 2 years.

The contract is to start ASAP and will be hybrid, with 3 days per week on-site in the Deux-Sèvres area

* Candidate must be in the Deux-Sèvres area or willing to re-locate *

* Must be fluent in French *

Specific skills/experience required:

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and future potential to grow into a Product Owner role
• JIRA experience
• Strong hands-on administration experience with EasyVista ITSM (including catalogue management, workflows, questionnaires, groups, topics, filters, views, conditional screens, reporting and indicators)
• Experience developing in APPS, including dashboards and self-service applications.
• Experience implementing and configuring EasyVista solutions end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes: incident, problem, request, asset, change, CMDB.
• Experience in Asset Management administration within ITSM environments.
• Experience working directly with the EasyVista editor/vendor.
• Knowledge of REST APIs
• EasyVista certifications (Fundamentals & Expert)
• ITIL certification
• Experience with APPS and EasyVista Service Manager tooling.
• Knowledge of agile delivery environments
• Fluent in French
• Able to join ASAP
