The Role: Supporting children across EYFS Supporting learning through play and exploration Developing communication and language skills Supporting early phonics, literacy, and Maths Encouraging personal, social, and emotional development Supporting observations and assessment Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment Working closely with teachers and other EYFS staff We're Looking For: Level 3 Early Years qualification or relevant experience Recent experience working with young children Strong understanding of child development Knowledge of the EYFS framework Nurturing, patient, and creative approach Excellent communication skills This Could Suit: Nursery Practitioners Nursery Nurses Early Years Educators Level 3 Childcare Practitioners Experienced childcare professionals Why Aspire People?
