We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible Early Years Practitioners to join ourbank team, providing high quality care and support across our nurseries in Cardiff.
While this is a bank role, we are able to offergreater consistency, including aminimum of 10 hours per weekfor successful candidates.

About the RoleAs aRegional Bank Early Years Practitioner, you will provide essential cover and support. You'll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care while bringing energy, creativity and professionalism to each nursery you support.
You will create warm, engaging and enriching environments where every child feels safe, seen and inspired to learn.
Your key responsibilities will include:Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5 through meaningful play and planned experiences
Ensuring every child feels valued, nurtured and challenged according to their individual needs and interests
Following safeguarding procedures and promoting a strong culture of safety and care
Building positive relationships with children, colleagues and parents across multiple settings
Adapting confidently to different nursery environments and teams
Reflecting on your practice and engaging in ongoing training and professional development
We're looking for practitioners who bringenergy, empathy and flexibilityto their work.
You'll need:
At least1 year's experiencein a nursery or early years setting
A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development
Strong knowledge of theEYFSand safeguarding requirements
Confident communication and teamwork skills
A reflective, adaptable and can do attitude
Willingness and ability to travel to different nursery locations within the Midlands
A currentEnhanced DBS, or willingness to undergo a check
