We are currently recruiting for an Early Years Lecturer to join a Birmingham-based college on a temporary ongoing basis while permanent recruitment takes place. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach and inspire learners across Levels 1-3 Early Years programmes.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and effective Early Years lessons across Levels 1-3
• Support learners to achieve their academic and career goals
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment materials
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

• Teaching experience within Further Education, Secondary Education, or Training
• Relevant Early Years qualification
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• Passion for supporting and developing learners
