Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Oweris looking for a caring and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

Our nursery is set within beautifully converted stables, offering bright, welcoming spaces filled with natural light. Age-appropriate playrooms support every stage of development, with a calm Baby Room, engaging Toddler and Preschool areas, and transitions tailored to each child's individual readiness.
Location and TravelKiddi Caru Ower is ideally located on Salisbury Road, just off the M27 and close to Pollards Moor Road, Frogmore Lane and Romsey Road. Our setting is surrounded by rural fields and sits opposite Paultons Park, making it convenient for families travelling from Romsey, Ower, and the wider New Forest community.
What You Will Be Doing- Ensure that the children's individual needs are identified and met
- Supervise and support the children at all times
- Carry out a wide range of interactive tasks including reading stories, helping at mealtimes, playing games, and changing nappies
- Act as a positive, practical role model for the children
- Develop friendly, professional relationships with staff members and parents
- Ensure you fully understand and follow Safeguarding Procedures
- Work towards gaining your Early Years qualification in a supportive and professional environment with hands on experience
- Maternity and adoption leave paid at 100 percent for the first 12 weeks
