Early Years and Nursery Support Staff

We're working with a range of vibrant nurseries and welcoming primary schools across Epping Forest and Harlow who need confident, nurturing practitioners to step in and make an immediate impact. Every day is different, every setting brings something new, and every shift is a chance to do what you do best-support young children at a crucial stage of their development.
What you'll be doing:- Bringing energy and creativity into Early Years settings
- Supporting children aged 0-5 through play, structure, and routine
- Creating a safe, engaging, and positive environment
- Building quick, meaningful connections with children and teams
- Adapting with confidence to different nurseries and schools
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (ideal, not essential for the right experience)
- Hands on experience within EYFS settings
- Someone proactive, reliable, and genuinely passionate about Early Years
- A natural team player who can hit the ground running
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply for one)
- Complete flexibility-work when it suits you

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
