Early Talent Advisor (15-Month FTC) - Hybrid

Gowling WLG is hiring an Early Talent Advisor in Birmingham on a 15 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. You will deliver Early Talent programmes and strategy, acting as the main contact for trainee and apprenticeship matters, while providing excellent service to the business.

The role requires knowledge of Early Talent programmes, strong relationship-building with stakeholders, and a passion for the Early Talent space. Hybrid work is available, with up to 50% remote working.
