The purpose of the project is to undertake a comprehensive review of Early Help Services which includes Youth Services at a Local Authority, providing recommendations to re-shape the service in light of the shift in statutory services required through the Family First Reforms; SEND Reforms and National Youth Strategy.

What you'll bring

• Senior-level experience in Early Help, Family Help or children's services within a local authority
• A track record of leading service reviews or transformation and turning evidence into practical recommendations
• Strong understanding of the current reform landscape (Families First, SEND, National Youth Strategy, NHS neighbourhood health)
• Sharp data and analytical skills, plus confidence with financial and workforce modelling
