Location: Manchester - Hybrid working

Type: 12 months- Fixed Term Contract

We're looking for an Early Career Recruitment Coordinator to work closely with our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on the recruitment for all our Early Career positions (Apprentices and Graduates) in the UK and Ireland. This is a high-impact role where your ability to source and engage will directly support the future of our business and our operational success.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in customer service, sales, administration or recruitment coordination who wants to learn the candidate side of recruitment. This role will be 50% recruitment sourcing and 50% recruitment administration due to the complex nature of Early Career hiring. At times it might lean even more into administration.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting high-volume recruitment efforts, working with the Senior TA Partner filling 120+ roles between March and September whilst supporting other areas of TA when needed
  • Leading all administration tasks including: Accurate updates of our ATS (Workday), Booking in candidates for assessment centres, chasing ID and education documents, candidate's interview feedback and managing candidates through the onboarding process
  • Conducting pre-screening interviews and managing candidate relationships
  • Driving a 45-day time-to-hire target to ensure we attract and onboard talent quickly
  • Partnering closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver strategic recruitment solutions
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and AI-powered tools
  • Crafting compelling job adverts and posting them across multiple platforms
  • Collaborating with hiring teams to understand role requirements and timelines
  • Keeping Workday up to date with candidate progression
  • Representing the company at job fairs and recruitment events
  • Supporting exciting cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in administration and customer service or recruitment coordination
  • An enthusiasm for candidate engagement and sourcing strategies
  • A passion for process, organised workflows, clear data and administration
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
  • Experience in Engineering, Apprentice or Graduate recruitment is a big plus
  • Team first attitude, not individual
  • Comfortable working in English (written and spoken)
